About the team:

As the bridge between our China-based supply chain and the global market, you will lead a bilingual team of export specialists. About the job:
- Develop and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for China-manufactured products across high-potential international markets (SE Asia, Middle East, Oceania, etc.).
- Spearhead both B2B (Industrial/Foodservice) and B2C (Retail/OEM) business streams, building robust global distributor networks and key account partnerships.
- Lead the overseas sales team to achieve annual revenue targets while optimizing export processes and ensuring international trade compliance.
- Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain to drive product localization and innovation based on deep-dive overseas market insights.
Skills and experience required:
- 8+ years of sales experience in the F&B industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; background in fruit preparations, baking ingredients, or FMCG additives is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in international market development, with successful experience in building overseas channels or managing complex distributor systems from scratch.
- Professional proficiency in English (working language); exceptional cross-cultural negotiation skills and business acumen are essential.
- Strong analytical capability to navigate the dual logic of B2B industrial penetration and B2C retail distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; willing to travel internationally and possessed of a high degree of self-motivation and resilience.
