About the job:
- Lead the development and management of major projects and key accounts within the port machinery industry to ensure long-term strategic partnerships.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to consistently achieve annual revenue targets and payment collection objectives.
- Identify and engage with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) throughout the sales cycle to accelerate bidding processes and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights for product development and market positioning.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on enhancing Business Development efficiency and overall team productivity.
