About the job:
- Engage effectively with both regional leadership in China and central IT executives, setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Translate business strategy into an executable IT roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive competitive advantage.
- Provide precise and timely status reports on operational and project performance in line with agreed cadences.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
- Mentor, manage, and develop high-performing teams across both infrastructure and application verticals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles across both operational IT and application delivery within multinational or IT Shared Services organizations
- Extensive experience in managing digital transformation initiatives, complex implementations, and cross-functional project teams under tight business constraints
- Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, networks, databases, system integration, and various enterprise applications (including ERP and financial systems)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, IT service management, and project management methodologies with proven success in program and project delivery
