Marketing Director
Core Responsibilities:
Global Brand Strategy: Define and execute global brand positioning and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring a seamless balance between global brand consistency and nuanced local adaptation.
Crowdfunding Excellence: Spearhead the full lifecycle of crowdfunding campaigns—from initial pre-launch buzz and peak launch execution to long-term post-campaign momentum.
DTC Ecosystem Building: Build and scale a high-performing DTC growth engine from the ground up, integrating Social Media, Influencer Marketing (KOL/KOC), Community Management, CRM/Email Marketing, and Paid Media.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class international marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and global collaboration.
Candidate Requirements:
Industry Expertise: 8+ years of marketing experience within the Consumer Electronics or Smart Hardware sectors, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing overseas markets (North American and European market experience is highly preferred).
Growth Mastery: Deep expertise in major Western growth channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You are a data-driven strategist with a sharp eye for content and the cross-cultural intelligence to resonate with global audiences.
