About the job:

• Act as a strategic business partner to commercial teams, providing ROI analysis and financial guidance for key business decisions.
• Lead the full spectrum of the China finance function, including team management, reporting, budgeting, tax, and operations.
• Develop and implement a robust financial compliance and control framework tailored to the industry.
• Prepare and present high-impact financial reports to global management and potential investors.
• Expand your leadership to key administrative functions, such as IT and Procurement, driving cross-functional synergy and overall operational efficiency.

Skills and experience required:

• 15+ years of financial management experience in an MNC; Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or broader healthcare industry is highly preferred, especially with prescription drugs.
• Proven expertise in Commercial Finance, with strong skills in analyzing sales & marketing investments.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a finance team.
• Business fluency in English is essential for global stakeholder communication.
